Privacy, the short version
We do not track you, and we do not sell your data. And thanks to the encryption described on our security page, we could not read your sensitive data even if we wanted to.
What we store
This website, frnd.dk, sets no cookies at all – nothing to accept, nothing to opt out of.
The app, at app.frnd.dk, sets exactly two cookies:
frnd_session– keeps you signed in. Lasts 7 days, renewed each time you use the app.frnd_login_binding– makes your magic-login link safer. Lasts 10 minutes.
Both are strictly necessary for the app to work – the kind of cookie EU rules exempt from consent banners, which is why you will not find one here. You may still spot a playful pop-up about them in the app; that is a courtesy, not a compliance measure.
The app also keeps a few interface preferences – such as the size of the support panel, drafts of messages you are writing, and notification settings – in your browser's local storage. These never leave your browser, and anything personal is cleared when you sign out.

Even we can't peek
Your sensitive data – credentials and the like – is encrypted with a key only you hold. We cover the details on our security page; the short version is that even someone who broke into our database could not read your secrets.
